INNOVATIONS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

BETTER EFFICIENCY – WITH THE INNOVATIVE PRALUX®

Why install more lighting than necessary? Thanks to PRACHT’s innovative lighting technology, it is frequently possible to obtain optimum and extremely energy-saving illumination of entire halls with surprisingly few luminaires. PRALUX® is a special mirror technology developed by PRACHT for maximum light output from a minimum number of luminaires. It is used in practically every PRACHT luminaire.

MORE SUSTAINABILITY – WITH THE INNOVATIVE NAWAROH®

When it comes to energy saving, e.g. with PRACHT’s LED luminaires, sustainability obviously also plays a role. We took this aspect into account at an early stage, so that most of our current luminaires are fitted with recyclable, environmentally compatible housings. NAWAROH® is a material co-developed by PRACHT for waterproof luminaire housings, and consisting of 98 % renewable raw materials. Not petroleum-based, energy-efficient, and environmentally compatible.

MORE LIGHTING CONVENIENCE – WITH THE INNOVATIVE PRACHTOPAL®

No problems arise, if you look directly at PRACHT’s LED luminaires. They are glare-free. PRACHTOPAL® is an impact resistant luminaire cover developed by PRACHT, which prevents glare, whereby no light-absorbing pigments are added to the material. The result is rugged, efficient, and highly convenient lighting.

OUR SCIENTISTS ARE WORKING ON TOMORROW’S LIGHTING SOLUTIONS

PRACHT maintains an own research institute for innovative lighting technology, the PIT — PRACHT INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. Here, students from all over the world come together to develop new technologies and materials for PRACHT and also for external customers. In addition, all the connections regarding cooperation with the following universities converge here: Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Polymer Research IAP, Technical University Ilmenau, Philipps University Marburg, Kassel University, Technical Gedeminas University Vilnius, Technical University Darmstadt, and the Westpommersche Technical University Stettin.
